Chance Physical Therapy and Fitness offers quality out patient physical therapy services.  We have a facility fully equipped to treat your physical therapy diagnosis properly and safely.  We have a licensed physical therapist with over 10 years of experience to properly evaluate your physical needs and to develop an appropriate treatment program that allows you to regain motion, strength, and function as quickly and as safely as possible.

We will always be willing to answer any questions you may have regarding our physical therapy program and how we can best assist you in what ever your needs may be.

At Chance Physical Therapy and Fitness we also offer a well-equipped fitness center to assist you in meeting those New Year resolutions and helping you to lose weight, tone, and improve your overall fitness level.  Treadmills, Elliptical Trainers, Arm Cycle, Stationary Bicycle, Total Gym, Free Weights, and Cable Weights are available for your use.  A licensed physical therapist is present between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and a qualified staff member from 5:00 to 8:00 pm to supervise your workout.
